Payment & Security
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
Shipping cost within EU starts from 10-15€ (free from 150€), shipping cost outside EU starts from 30€ (free from 500€). Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
After shipping we provide you with a track number to check the delivery status and location of the package.
Orders received on a weekend, holiday or Friday will be shipped on the next business day.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@homeconamor.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Via coriano 58 Blocco 21C, 47924 Rimini RN. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
