Refund policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The return costs are charged to the customer except in the event that an item is received that is already damaged or does not correspond to the one ordered.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To return the purchased item, proceed as follows:
- the customer proceeds with the return request
- the customer receives from us a "confirmation return accepted"
- the package is picked up by our courier on the date indicated in the email "return confirmation accepted".
- the refund is made through the payment solution acquired by the customer at the time of the order.
There are some situations where refunds are not granted:
- obvious signs of use;
- non-original product conditions, damage or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original credit card or payment method within a specified time period.
Late or missing refunds.
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged with shipping costs at our expense.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
